Hockey Alberta Foundation Grant
At the beginning of the school year we had learned that our hockey helmets for our school had expired, leaving ourselves wondering how our skating and sports 101 programs would run without the necessary safety equipment. Fortunately, one of our staff members found a grant through the Hockey Alberta Foundation, and luckily we were chosen as a recipient! With this funding we are able to purchase 40 new hockey helmets, and a few pairs of adult sized skates for our older students, ensuring safe participation for our students.
