Volunteers are very important part of our school community!
For the safety of our students and staff, all visitors and volunteers are required to sign in at the office and may only enter through the main entrance.
The following forms are required prior to volunteering:
- Vulnerable Sector Check Application – valid for 3 years
- Complete & take to the local RCMP.
- Before taking, this must be signed by our Principal
- Signed copies are available in our office.
- Please stop by the school to pick one up or let us know if you’d like one sent home with your child.
- Volunteer Application Form – WCPS form to complete yearly
- Complete and submit it to the office for Principal approval.
- Criminal Record Declaration Form – WCPS form to complete yearly
