Student fees are due at the beginning of September each year.
- All fees must be paid online through the Parent Portal ("student fee" tab on the bottom left of the screen).
- Cash/cheque payments will not be accepted.
- Payment through mobile devices does not consistently work - please use a computer. - The office has one available for use if needed.
Please Note: all supplemental fees are required to be paid prior to optional items (paid lunches) or extra-curricular activities being available for purchase.
Kindergarten:
- $20 Supplemental Fee
- agendas, cultural activities/events, presentations, curriculum supplementary events, student acknowledgement/supplementary items
- $14 Technology User/Digital Portfolio Fee
- usage and replacement of school-purchased devices, educational APPS used during literacy centers and other subjects, protective covers for student use
Gr 1-6:
- $35 Supplemental Fee
- agenda, cultural activities/events, presentations, curriculum supplementary events, student acknowledgement/supplementary items
- $39 Technology User/Digital Portfolio Fee
- usage and replacement of school-purchased devices, educational APPS used during literacy centers and other subjects, protective covers for student use
PAYMENT OPTIONS are available if your family is experiencing financial hardship.
- Installment arrangements can be made with the school for fees to be paid, if required. Please contact the school office at 403-843-3751 to discuss this option.
- To request a fee waiver, please complete the Fee Waiver Application and submit it to the school office.
- Please review the Fee Waiver Guidelines to determine if your family qualifies prior to submitting the application.
