Rider of the Month is a new positive communication initiative by WCPS Transportation Department to reconnect parents and drivers with the bus riders, after the past few years of tough choices by both parties.
The transportation department issues a certificate from their office, add a brag tag and a sponsored gift and mail the package out to the student directly to their house.
